My name is Benita, and this agency is more than a business — it’s a piece of my heart.

I was raised as a refugee from the Democratic Republic of Congo, spending much of my childhood moving from country to country with my family in search of peace and stability. During those years, I often looked at other children and wondered what it felt like to have consistency, comfort, and a place to truly belong.

Now, as a wife, mother, and caregiver, I’ve turned that longing into purpose. Nanny With Love Agency was created to offer families the kind of care and stability every child deserves. We provide dependable, compassionate childcare for families navigating life’s most meaningful seasons — because I know firsthand how transformative it can be when someone shows up with open hands and a full heart.

This work also heals a part of me — the child who once needed care, consistency, and love. Through every placement, I’m not only helping parents find peace of mind — I’m helping children feel seen, safe, and cherished.
